User Agreement

1. Acceptance And Updates

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using FreeLipSync services, you agree to this User Agreement and any related policies referenced by it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may revise this agreement from time to time to reflect legal, operational, product, or commercial changes. Updated terms become effective when posted on freelipsync.com unless a later effective date is stated.

2. Eligibility And Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless the law provides otherwise.

If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction or otherwise need guardian consent, you may use FreeLipSync only with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Paid Services

FreeLipSync may offer subscriptions, usage-based benefits, promotional access, or other paid services. Pricing, included entitlements, billing intervals, and feature availability are the amounts and terms shown on the applicable purchase page at the time of checkout.

• You must review the selected account, plan, billing interval, and checkout details before completing payment.
• Paid benefits apply only to the account that completed the purchase unless we explicitly state otherwise.
• Except where required by law or stated in a separate offer, payments are non-refundable once the paid benefit has been delivered or activated.
• We may change pricing, packaging, or billing rules for future purchases or renewals by providing notice consistent with applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use FreeLipSync in a way that violates law, infringes rights, disrupts the service, bypasses limits, abuses paid-service mechanics, or harms other users or the platform.

• No fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or deceptive use of the service or payment flows.
• No unauthorized resale, transfer, sharing, or brokering of accounts, subscriptions, credits, or access benefits.
• No attempts to exploit product defects, billing loopholes, rate limits, or technical restrictions for improper gain.
• No upload or generation activity that violates intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or applicable content restrictions.

5. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account, payment, or use pattern violates this agreement, applicable law, platform safety requirements, or the rights of others.

If an account is suspended or terminated for violation, FreeLipSync may cancel associated benefits to the extent permitted by law and is not required to restore promotional or paid entitlements that were forfeited because of the violation.

6. Service Availability And Disclaimers

FreeLipSync may change, pause, or discontinue any feature at any time for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upstream failures, infrastructure issues, attacks, force majeure, or events outside our reasonable control.
• You are responsible for backing up materials and outputs that are important to you.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, freelipsync.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from service use, suspension, or unavailability.

8. Governing Law And Disputes

This User Agreement is governed by the laws that apply to the operating entity behind freelipsync.com, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where not prohibited by law, disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion before either side seeks formal relief.
