Yes, but keeping the tab open is recommended. When the result is ready, the page will show a notification. For the safest experience, create an account before generating, because guest results can be easier to lose if you close the page or session.

What is the difference between Free, Starter, and Pro?

Generate Pro is the action that creates a Pro Video. A Pro Video means original-resolution output; it does not raise the signed-in user's input-length or duration limits. Free users stay within Free limits even when using a purchased Pro Video credit.

What does low-resolution download mean?

Logged-in free users can download a reduced-resolution version of their video. It keeps the original aspect ratio but is scaled down for a smaller file. Original-resolution download requires a Pro Video.

What is the difference between Fast and Max?

Fast is the quicker default for everyday lip-sync generations. Max is the higher-end model for cases where you want the best available quality and are willing to trade speed for stronger results.

What does Pro include that Starter does not?

Pro keeps everything in Starter but removes the monthly Pro Video cap, raises the per-generation limits to 60 minutes and 16,000 TTS characters, and increases unfinished generation capacity to 10 at a time. It is the plan for creators or teams who expect ongoing production instead of a fixed monthly quota.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans can be set to cancel at period end through billing, and your access continues until the current paid period ends. FreeLipSync uses Stripe for checkout, invoices, and payment method management.

Can I switch between Starter and Pro later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but the switch rules are not symmetric. Active Starter users can upgrade to Pro right away, and the change is billed through Stripe with prorated invoicing. Active Pro users cannot downgrade to Starter during the current paid period. To move down, cancel renewal first and start Starter again after the Pro period ends.

Do I need a credit card to try FreeLipSync?

No. You can try FreeLipSync free without a card. After your first completed video or standalone TTS work, eligible new subscribers earn a one-time 50% first-month offer for a monthly Starter or Pro plan. Claim it within 48 hours; after claim it is valid for another 48 hours and is not reissued.

Why can't I download generated audio on Free?

Free accounts can preview generated audio, but clean file downloads are paid. Starter includes 50 downloads every 30 days, while Pro is unlimited. The $4.99 one-time Creator Pack also includes 20 clean audio downloads and 5 original-resolution Pro Videos; purchased credits never expire and do not change Free input limits.

Does a Creator Pack raise my plan limits?

No. A Creator Pack is a one-time top-up of Pro Videos and audio downloads, and it works on any plan, including Free. It does not change your plan's limits — the maximum video length, TTS character count, and how many videos you can generate at the same time all still follow your current plan (Free, Starter, or Pro). To raise those limits, upgrade your subscription.
